How it works

A process you can explain to a partner in thirty seconds.

Send a high-level request, agree the scope and secure workflow, then receive a reviewed deliverable with open items clearly flagged.

Five steps

From request to reviewed deliverable

Scope is confirmed before work starts, so you aren't paying for a misunderstanding.

  1. 01

    Send it.

Send a high-level request with what you need and the target date. Engagement data and source documents are exchanged only through the secure workflow agreed after onboarding.

  2. 02

    We scope it.

We confirm the deliverable, assumptions, inputs, timing, review needs, and tailored quote before work begins.

  3. 03

Our offshore team gets to work.

Offshore Chartered Accountants prepare the work using the templates, standards, and instructions agreed in scoping. The current delivery team is based in India; this does not imply U.S. CPA licensure.

  4. 04

    Quality review.

A U.S.-based CPA reviews the work against the agreed scope and review standards before it reaches you, with open items and assumptions clearly flagged.

  5. 05

    It's back in your hands.

You receive the deliverable with a summary of what was done and what is still open. You retain final review and approval.

  6. Timing, stated honestly

Turnaround depends on scope and the completeness of inputs. Next-business-day delivery may be available for eligible, well-scoped tasks — we confirm a target date during scoping rather than promising it for everything.

Time-zone advantage

Put the offshore time difference to work.

A complete, properly scoped request handed off late in the U.S. workday can move forward during the offshore team's normal daytime hours—and may be ready for U.S. review the next morning when the task is eligible.

Chartered Accountants prepare the work

No blanket overnight promise. Timing depends on scope, input completeness, complexity, available capacity, holidays, and review needs; the target date is confirmed during scoping.

Data protection, agreed before work starts.

Before receiving engagement data, we agree client-approved systems, permitted access, team locations, confidentiality arrangements, and document-sharing procedures. Source documents are exchanged only through that agreed workflow—not these public inquiry forms.

We stand behind our work.

Each deliverable is checked against the agreed scope and review standards. If it falls short of those agreed requirements, we work with you to make it right within that scope.

Modern tools. Professional judgment.

AI, automation, and agent-assisted workflows can support efficiency and quality when appropriate and agreed. People review the work, client data stays within approved tools and security rules, and the responsible professional keeps final judgment.

Your role

You stay the responsible professional.

Everything we deliver is prepared for your review. You retain final review and approval, and you decide what is used, adjusted, or discarded.

What comes back with the work

  • A summary of what was performed and against which instructions.
  • Assumptions used, stated plainly rather than buried in a tab.
  • Open items and questions that need your judgment.
  • Source references and supporting files organized for review.

Add capacity without adding headcount.

Tell us what needs to move. We'll discuss the scope, review needs, timing, and a tailored quote before work begins.
