What work can be sent offshore?

Preparation-heavy, documentation-heavy, and analysis-heavy work: reconciliations, schedules, workpaper preparation, PBC organization, research drafts, reporting packages, and data cleanup. Our current delivery team is based in India and includes Chartered Accountants with U.S. GAAP and cross-border delivery experience; this does not mean they are U.S. CPAs. Delivery and access locations are agreed during onboarding. Work requiring signed reports, assurance conclusions, or tax filings stays with you.

Who reviews the work?

A U.S.-based CPA reviews work against the agreed scope and review standards before delivery. Client management or the responsible CPA still retains final decisions and approval.

How quickly can work be turned around?

It depends on scope, complexity, and how complete the inputs are. We confirm a target date during scoping. Next-business-day turnaround may be available for eligible, well-scoped tasks — it is not promised for all work.

How is engagement data handled?

Before receiving engagement data, we agree the client-approved systems, permitted access, team locations, confidentiality arrangements, and document-sharing procedures. Source documents are never requested through the public inquiry forms. We do not claim certifications or technical controls that have not been established and agreed.

Do you prepare tax returns?

No. Tax return preparation is outside our scope.

Do you provide audit or assurance opinions?

No. We provide support work. We do not perform audits, issue audit opinions, or provide reviews, compilations, or other assurance conclusions.
